Yes. The 5 samples themselves are free of charge — you only pay the actual shipping cost (calculated by real weight, no markup, no hidden fees).
How many times can I request samples?+
To make sure samples reach customers with genuine purchasing needs, we limit requests to one per business / address. If you need to test multiple product types, mention it in the notes field and we'll review case by case.
Can individuals / non-business customers request samples?+
This program is intended for restaurants, delivery platforms, distributors, and other B2B buyers. A valid business name and address are required. For small personal needs, we recommend purchasing 1 trial case (150 pcs) instead.
How much will shipping cost?+
Shipping is calculated based on your address and current carrier rates. Once your request is approved, we'll email you the exact amount within 1-2 business days before shipping — no hidden charges.
Are samples the same as the product I'd actually order?+
Yes, 100% the same. Samples come from the same production batch — there's no separate "display version." Your test results directly reflect what you'd receive in a full order.
How do I place an order after testing?+
You can order a trial case (150 pcs) or a full pallet (60 cases) at wholesale pricing. Local customers (91731 area) can also pick up in-store.
