At TakeoutGo, we focus on wholesale restaurant supplies and packaging. To maintain product quality and safety, we apply the following refund and return policy:

• ❌ No returns or refunds for wholesale orders unless products are defective or damaged upon delivery.
• 🔎 Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 3 business days.
• 📦 Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• ✅ For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
• 🚚 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
