3. Shipping & Delivery
- Local delivery is available within the Los Angeles area.
- Free pickup is available at our El Monte warehouse during business hours.
- Nationwide pallet shipping is available via freight carriers. Delivery times may vary.
4. Returns & Refunds
- No returns or refunds are accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Any issues must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
- Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the misuse of our products.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you have ordered.
